Create an organiser account by clicking 'Sign Up/Register', filling in the required fields, and verifying your information. You will have to option to sign up as either a customer or a Organiser, please select Organiser and proceed to complete your registration.

Navigate to the sign-up page and choose the organiser account option. You'll need basic contact details and payment information.


● Can I manage multiple events from one account?

Yes, your organiser dashboard is designed to handle multiple events, allowing seamless management from one place.


● How can I update my account information?

Access the 'profile Settings' to update personal details, contact information, security and payment methods.


● How do I reset my password?

Use the 'Forgot Password' function at the login screen, or equally, you can change your password in profile settings under security.


● How do I invite team members to join my organiser account?

Utilise the 'Sub-organiser feature within your dashboard to add collaborators to your account. You can choose to either add a pre-existing user to your team as a POS or Scanner.


● What are your platform fees?

For organisers, Lybertine is free to use, as an organiser the power is in your hands and you can choose to absorb the fees if you prefer, more details on pricing will be available on our pricing page - Here


Event Creation and Management:


● How do I create a new event on your platform?

Select 'Create Event' on your dashboard and input the required information, including event name, location, timings and more.


● What information do I need to provide about my event?

Select 'Create Event' on your dashboard and input the required information, including event name, location, timings, and ticket types. There are event customisable colours from you to choose from to personalise your event. Please not it is always best to use as much information as possible.


● Can I create recurring events?

Set up recurring event schedules within the event creation workflow. Create your event timings and then select reoccurring event to continue adding additional dates and times to your event.


● How do I add images and videos to my event page?

Upload images and videos in the event editor, enhancing your event page's appeal.

You can add YouTube and Vimeo URL links to add videos.


● How do I manage ticket types and pricing?

Within the event setup, you can specify different ticket types and set pricing, including early bird or promotions and Sales on tickets.


● Can I offer discounts or promotions?

Within the event setup, you can specify different ticket types and set pricing, including early bird or group discounts.


● How do I set up my payment gateway?

Payment options are configurable within your account settings, supporting major payment processors. Once you sign up you will be onboarded through this process.


● How can I manage attendee registrations and ticket sales?

Track and manage ticket sales in real-time through the 'Event' dashboard. This will give you UpToDate analytics on earnings and ticket sales.


● Can I export attendee data?

Yes just generate a guestlist from the event you want to pull data from on the My events section, select the event and click the dropdown more options button, then export this as a CSV in the guestlist page.


● How do I communicate with event attendees?

Use the built-in messaging system to send updates or respond to queries. You will be able to communicate to attendees through email notifications and push notifications through our Lybertine app.

Yes, you can easily share your event on social media to increase visibility and attract more attendees. Lybertine provides you with options to share either your event's direct URL or your channel's URL. Additionally, for a quick and user-friendly experience, you can use the channel QR code. This QR code can be downloaded and included in your promotional materials, allowing potential attendees to scan and access your event details instantly. These sharing features are accessible from your event dashboard, making it simple to connect with your social network.

To create custom event landing pages on Lybertine, during the event creation process, navigate to the 'Media' section where you can add customisable colours to align with your brand. Additionally, edit your brand channel at the top of the brand channel page. This feature allows you to showcase multiple events, enabling customers to view and choose events that resonate with their interests, all within your uniquely branded space.
